About the role

Policy Rider IMF Private Limited is an IRDAI-registered Insurance Marketing Firm dedicated to making insurance and financial products accessible and straightforward for individuals and businesses. As an Operations Executive, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day functioning, ensuring that processes run smoothly, documentation stays accurate, and every customer interaction is handled with care and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain accurate records of policies, documents, and client data across internal systems
Coordinate with sales, finance, and insurance partners to ensure seamless policy issuance and renewal workflows
Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using MS Excel and Google Sheets
Draft and maintain clear process documentation to support consistent team operations
Handle customer queries related to policy status, documentation, and other operational matters in a prompt and professional manner
Track pending tasks and follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely closure of open items
Assist in processing new policy applications and verifying supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
Coordinate with insurers and aggregators for data reconciliation and issue resolution
Support senior operations staff in identifying gaps in existing processes and suggesting practical improvements
Maintain compliance with internal guidelines and IRDAI-related operational requirements

Must-have skills

Process documentation with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and data management
Clear written and verbal communication in English
Strong coordination and teamwork abilities
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Good to have

Experience in customer query resolution in a financial or insurance context
Hands-on understanding of policy issuance and documentation procedures
Working knowledge of the broader MS Office Suite

We have 4 openings for this role based on-site at 449, Vasundhra Enclave, Mursan Gate, Hathras. The compensation for this position is Rs 10,000 - Rs 15,000 per month.
