About the role

Policy Rider IMF Private Limited is an IRDAI-registered Insurance Marketing Firm offering a range of insurance and financial products to customers across India. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence, generate quality leads, and help more people discover the right insurance and finance solutions through strategic digital outreach.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive organic and paid traffic
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise reach and return on ad spend
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
Run and monitor Meta Ads campaigns targeting relevant audiences for insurance and financial products
Write clear, engaging copy for ads, posts, emails, and landing pages that speaks to the needs of potential customers
Track and analyse website and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
Identify and implement lead generation strategies to build a steady pipeline of prospective customers
Coordinate content creation including graphics, captions, blogs, and promotional material
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices relevant to the BFSI sector
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital campaigns with business goals and seasonal promotions

We have 1 opening for this on-site role based at 449, Vasundhra Enclave, Mursan Gate, Hathras. The compensation for this position is Rs 12,000 - Rs 20,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
