About the role

Digital Orix is a Jaipur-based full-service digital marketing agency delivering end-to-end solutions for businesses across India and globally — from Web Development and SEO to Paid Advertising, Funnel Automation, and Social Media Marketing. As a Social Media Executive, you will own and drive the social media presence for personal branding clients, crafting compelling content that builds authority, grows audiences, and turns followers into loyal communities across platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn.

Key responsibilities

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for personal branding clients across Instagram and LinkedIn
Research trending topics, audio, and formats to keep content timely and platform-relevant
Write engaging scripts for Reels and short-form videos that reflect each client's unique voice and brand
Shoot, direct, and coordinate Reels content in collaboration with clients and the creative team
Handle end-to-end posting and scheduling of content using social media management tools
Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies aligned to each client's personal branding goals
Monitor profile performance, pull insights, and suggest data-backed improvements to content and strategy
Engage with followers through comments, DMs, and community touchpoints to grow active audiences
Manage multiple personal branding projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently
Stay updated on algorithm changes, emerging trends, and best practices across Instagram and LinkedIn

Must-have skills

Hands-on experience building and managing content calendars
Strong scriptwriting skills for Reels and video content
Proficiency in content posting and scheduling workflows
Proven ability to craft and execute content strategies for personal branding
Prior experience handling personal branding projects independently
Solid understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn — algorithms, formats, and growth tactics
Working knowledge of broader digital marketing concepts
Active trend research mindset with a sharp eye for what works on social media

Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple client projects
Experience in community management and audience engagement

2 openings available at Digital Orix's office at 3rd Floor, Chase Tower, Plot-6, Gopalpura Bypass Rd, opp. Metro Pillar 31, Rajiv Vihar Colony, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur. This is a full-time, on-site role offering Rs 15,000 - Rs 40,000 per month based on experience.
