About the role

Luxus Green Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is an ISO-certified electric three-wheeler manufacturer focused on reliable, high-performance electric mobility. Our range includes L3 and L5 passenger vehicles, cargo vehicles, delivery vans, garbage collection vehicles and customized commercial EV solutions, built at our facilities in Faridabad and Bilaspur. As Branch Manager at our Bhanpuri, Raipur branch, you will own the day-to-day running of the branch and lead the team to grow sales, delight customers and build our presence in the local EV market.

Key responsibilities

Manage end-to-end branch operations, including showroom display, customer walk-ins, sales and delivery
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets and track performance against them
Lead, coach and motivate the sales and service team to deliver strong results
Build relationships with dealers, fleet owners, businesses and individual buyers to generate new leads
Coordinate with financiers to arrange channel financing and vehicle loans for customers
Oversee after-sales support, service scheduling and timely resolution of customer complaints
Plan inventory and logistics with the factory and ensure vehicles are available and delivered on time
Maintain accurate branch records, sales reports and documentation
Track local EV market trends and competitor activity, and share insights with management
Ensure the showroom is clean, well presented and compliant with company standards

Compensation

Rs 20,000 - Rs 35,000 per month
