Telecaller - Banke Bihari Traders (BBT Industries Pvt. Ltd.)

About the role

BBT Industries Pvt. Ltd. is a Delhi-based manufacturing and distribution company known for its range of household cleaning products, including grass brooms, coco brooms, steel scrubbers, garbage bags and more. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for dealers, distributors and retailers, playing a key role in driving sales conversations and supporting the company's expanding network across North India.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing dealers, distributors and retailers to generate and qualify leads
Follow up consistently with leads and channel partners to convert enquiries into orders
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and customer interactions
Coordinate with the sales team to share lead updates and support smooth order processing
Handle inbound queries from channel partners and provide prompt, clear information about products and pricing
Build and maintain warm, professional relationships with customers over the phone
Support the team in achieving monthly calling and conversion targets

Must-have skills

Outbound calling with confidence and a target-driven approach
Strong lead follow-up discipline and pipeline tracking
Clear and professional communication skills in Hindi (English a plus)

Good to have

Prior experience in outbound sales calling in a trading, distribution or FMCG environment

Qualifications

2 to 4 years of experience in a telecalling or telesales role

We have 2 openings for this on-site position based at our office in Tri Nagar, New Delhi, with a monthly salary of Rs 15,000 - Rs 18,000.
