As a Video Editor on our team, you will craft compelling visual content that brings brand stories to life — from punchy social media reels to polished personal branding videos.

Key responsibilities

Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media platforms, brand campaigns, and client projects
Create engaging short-form reels with strong narrative flow and platform-optimised pacing
Edit personal branding videos that authentically represent individual clients and business founders
Handle headshot and professional profile video editing, ensuring clean, polished final outputs
Apply colour grading and colour correction to maintain visual consistency and brand aesthetics
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align video content with campaign goals
Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
Incorporate motion graphics, transitions, text overlays, and sound design to enhance storytelling

Must-have skills

Adobe Premiere Pro - proficient in professional video editing workflows
After Effects - capable of adding motion graphics and visual effects
Final Cut Pro - comfortable working across editing platforms
Colour grading - strong eye for tone, mood, and visual consistency
CapCut - skilled in quick-turnaround social media edits
Own laptop - candidates must bring their own laptop to work on

Good to have

Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team collaboration
Familiarity with reels and short-form content trends across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn

We have 2 openings for this on-site role based at our Nirman Nagar office in Jaipur. Compensation is Rs 13,000 - Rs 25,000 per month, depending on experience.
